Just a quick post here. Lately, my blog has been receiving a lot of spam comments from random companies, posting links that don't pertain to anything. 2 weeks ago, I had one for a lawn care company in the Philippines.
I don't know about you, but I don't like cyber or canned spam.

 I had to turn on the irritating word verification thing on my comments to prevent future spam. I love your comments so I hope it doesn't deter you from dropping me a note!

While we're on the topic of getting rid of spam, I thought I'd share some really bad recipes for using spam.....



                                                    Spam Fiesta Peach Bake



Spam Jello Salad








medium onion chopped

1/2 cup boiling water

1/2 cup ice cold water

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 bell pepper chopped

4 hard boiled eggs, peeled and chopped

1/4 cup relish;

pickle,

corn, etc.

2 stalks celery, finely chopped
Tabasco to taste
Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add cold water, mayonnaise and sour cream to Jello. Chop Spam; add to Jello with remaining ingredients. Chill until firm. Makes 6 to 8 servings.

1 large can Spam1
