Hello there lovely readers of Va-Voom Vintage! I’m Victoria and you can find me over at www.originsofalandgirl.com, you can find me on Bloglovin’ and on Pinterest as well
I am grateful to the talented Brittany of Va-Voom Vintage to allow me to take over for just a quick minute! I truly appreciate the kindness of this gesture.

Over at my newly created blog, www.originsofalandgirl.com, I have big hopes to share my stories and photos of life as a modern land girl with all who are interested. My career as an archaeologist and as a farm hand at a sheep creamery will be a large part of my blog, with baking and my love of vintage being crucial to its foundation. As you are readers of Va-Voom Vintage, you might be most interested in the stories and images of all things old-ranging from the 1940‘s to 1960‘s vintage to 10,000 year old arrowheads; I am quite the collector!  Now, without further adieu I will share with you some photos of what you can expect to see on my blog...

Just one of the many bread recipes I will be sharing on my blog, this is the final product of a quick and easy French bread recipe without a poolish overnight.

My favorite ewe, Mopple a Romney/Friesian mix. She is always quite curious, especially of my camera.

And finally, my ever growing collection of vintage hats from around the world; I can’t wait to break out my summer hats!

Thank you for taking the time to read my post, it is greatly appreciated- I hope that I have brought some sweetness to your day with my friendly lamb friend and intrigued you enough to keep an eye on my blog for more! I would love to hear from any fellow readers of Va-Voom Vintage.
