grocery day

Wednesday, January 7, 2015

We woke up to just a few inches of fluffy snow in St Louis. I hope we get at least one good snow day before spring. The kids have been begging me to build a snow man. I bundled up and headed out to the grocery store, which I love to do on a week day morning to avoid crowds. Pj caught me on Pinterest, getting dinner ideas and making a grocery list for the week. I found a recipe for egg rolls, which reminded me of how much I used to love making them so that's on the list for this weekend.

  3. So cute! I'm glad you guys have snow! Hopefully it'll move down this way! The way I see it, it's totally pointless to have this 5 degree weather if there's no snow. Then it's just horrible, bone-chilling awfulness without even a nice scene to look at through the window!

  4. Cute outfit! I love the brown and pink and blue together, very soft and pretty. I hope you guys get some good snow, we're getting quite a lot here in Chicago right now.
